Last lecture in Monash Peninsula has ended at 1600 AET.. Now its time for exam revision... perhaps it will be the last revision of uni life for me (hopefully, if i pass all).. Candy helped me buy 2 stuffs while she was at the PC show.. LCD is to be the other screen when I get back to sg after i found the nice usage of dual screen.. both stuffs are in glossy black.. simply glam.. now i tink im back to glossy black trend for a while.. So i got my ipod nano, psp, wd passport, samsung lcd all in glossy black.. hmm..

Still got no mood for revision..

No life when u are doing assignment all day everyday, there is still a presentation coming up where you have to dress up formally.. I hate that.. tomolo is the last assignment due.. then its off to ??party?? on friday on clara's birthday.. Hate having no $$ in my wallet.. I think its time to withdraw some money again.. everyone is fine in this house.. no one is getting nominated for eviction for this week... fabian is still sleeping as always.. now that laohu is away from him smurf has been happier because he does not need to do the punishment for his sister.. vincent said to be a complete ah lian laohu needs to go to the casino to gamble.. maybe this friday??

Laohu was getting naughtier by the day as days went by.. she had started to pick up smoking from Fabiano.. This is bad.. Smurf was held responsible for not watching over his sister properly because of his neglience.. Smoking is bad and expensive.. now we are going to make laohu quit smoking by letting her stay out of sight from Fabiano.. haha

Was playing this corporation simulation game named Capstone Simulation or named Capsim.

Placed in a company named Andrews.

Stock price was 18 dollars last week, this week because 30 dollars, just now became 37.15 dollars.. hate it.. dunno why I cant push my stock price even further. was thinking of getting to buy back all the shares so that i need not give more money to the stockholders. but then end up it backfired by having only a $7 increased whereas other teams have a better increased than mine.. Even though we have a good market share in the low tech segment, we got a huge decrease in the high tech segment due to the fact that my production capacity did not meet the demand of the high tech segment that makes the customers going to other companies...

Other teams were not going into R&D.. but i still carried on with 2 other products so tat investors will be more confident in our company as they see that we are still expanding in our operations...this would also meant that it might progress into having a stock price rise? 38 was the min average. we need to hit to that price.. we are still 75 cents short.. baldwin had already hit that price already.. i dun wan to be a loser... i just wan to be a winner in my tute class..

they were arguing that if shares are kept and profits were high the share price will go up.. but then it did not happen.. they were talking about my company issuing so much share.. reason was that i dun wan to go into long term or short term loan that will be paying more interest. i just wan to go to the money market and get money so that i can avoid all these costs... and the company will be healthy as it is not in any kind of debt...

40 days of credit term issued to the customers are reasonable.. 60 is too much even though it might mean more sales but the company will be not having so much cash on hand and then this would make the company to be in danger if 60 applies and the customers dun pay up and turning into bad debt...

In the last round i am going to give 5% of the present market share price as dividend to the stockholder in appreciation with the support they give to the company.

Team Random

After a few weeks of soccer competition held by Monash Uni Peninsula, Team Random finally got last in the league.. haha.. it was fun to play soccer and everyone put in their best effort in the very last match but we still lost.. It's okay considered that our team consists of all the 20-25 whereas other teams are like 18-22.. maybe one other team have older players than us.. I think I need to start to train my physical as i was tired by the mid of 2nd half.. good job guys..

Oh yeah Man Utd won the title, I wont thank Arsenal for that, they are supposed to be fighting for their pride.. And erm.. whoever is reading my blog in TMC.. can you please tag me to lemme know who are u? thanks..

Bad day for Candy

Yesterday was a Bad day for Candy.. First she was stopped by a Traffic Police suspecting of her modding her car cause of the car bodykit that looked so ah lian or ah beng checked her car, call her to open the bonnet.. but then candy doesn't know how to.. -.- must be the expression of the TP.. how could a girl who doesnt know how to open her bonnet be able to mod her car engine??

Then at 0009 Australian Time, she called me saying that the left side of the car bumper dropped off after going over a hump.. I am feeling very sad.. cos i spend quite a bit on the bumper.. argh~.. needa spend $$ again to repair it.. low morale... hope everything goes fine for her..
