yes.. realised that recently living in this place, they are blaming everything on oil price. taxi fares, bus fares, mrt fares, electricity bills, water bills, utilities bills. yes yes blame everything on the ever rising oil price. but then why can't we say that we want increase salaries, bonus, benefits due to the increased oil price? got exploited by companies who said that we need to work even longer hours to compensate for the ever rising oil price. so... girls and boys, the best excuse for this quarter of the year would be the rising oil price.
For example, a student talking to a lecturer about handing assignments.
Student: I can't do my assignments because of the RISING oil price
Lecturer: Why has it got to do with the RISING oil price?
Student: due to the RISING oil price, the electricity bills gone up and my parents wants me to save electricity therefore I cannot use the computer to do my assignments.
Lecturer: Why dun you use your hand?
Student: because due to the RISING oil price, we dun have enough food to eat because of the we dun have enough money to buy gas to cook our food.
Lecturer: Why dun you eat outside?
Student: because outside food also increasing their price due to the RISING oil price"
Lecturer: -.-" okay...
in simple terms, just blame everything on the RISING oil price. Just do what the government is doing and you will never go wrong. They assured you this!
So people tommorrow onwards, we have a GREAT excuse to be late and also for September, we could not smile too because BLAME IT ON THE RISING OIL PRICE.
